Objective:
To draw a cover for a special issue of Yerevan Magazine, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of World War II. To try to create the image of an Armenian mythological hero who swords an evil demon.

An estimated 300–500,000 Armenians served in the World War II, almost half of whom did not return. Armenia thus had one of the highest death tolls, per capita, among the other Soviet republics.

A website was created for this project. The chief editor of "Yerevan" magazine Eduard Ayanyan worked on the website, as well as "Innoverse" programmer’s team, designer Artashes Avetyan, Davit Margaryan and myself.
